Our programs

A care model built around the person.

At opening, Serene Living’s four program areas will address the practical, clinical, and human needs that surface when a person is terminally ill and without a traditional support system.

The road to opening

Help build the safety net.

Our pre-opening period is a fundraising phase—not a pause. Every gift, volunteer, and supply commitment helps prepare the people, resources, and operations required to begin serving the community.

Fundraising & readiness

Build the launch fund, engage community partners and volunteers, secure clinical and operational resources, and assemble essential comfort and medical supplies.

Doors open

Begin delivering the end-of-life care model across San Antonio and Bexar County, centered on veterans, unhoused neighbors, and families in crisis.

Sustainable community care
